We talk about what we're doing to change it with the Cashroom Burger. We're using cashews, sorghum, quinoa, flax - some of the healthiest ingredients on the planet - and combining them with mycelium (the roots of mushrooms) to grow a delicious, juicy burger with a satisfying texture.

  • Great Texture

    Most veggie burgers are either dry and crumbly or mushy. This burger hold together well, has a certain 'bounce' to it and breaks apart when bitten into.

  • Lots of Umami

    The flavors run deep here. The cashews are little nuggets scattered throughout the burger, but the hero is the mycelium weaving it's umami flavors into every corner of the burger and holding it together wonderfully.

  • Cashews and Myceliun

    With 17 grams of protein per burger, lots of great fats, and other awesome nutritional elements - it's easy to forget that the burger also tastes GREAT.
